ORIGIN
A small selection of Arabica coffee beans are steeped in hot spring waters. This rare process emphasizes the malty-sweet character of the coffee bean.
ROAST
We divide the coffee of the same origin into two batches for separate roasting. The former is roasted at medium temperatures to reach a medium dark color and develop sweet malt notes. The second is baked a little more intensively until a darker color and desired intensity is achieved.
All of our Vertuo and Original capsules are now made out of minimum 80% recycled aluminium.

Nespresso capsules are recyclable and truly recycled through our recycling program.
The recycled Nespresso capsules are given a second life by creating new items or preparing compost.
